We provide on-site Aircraft Rescue & Fire Fighting (ARFF) training all around the world! Our “Skills Enhancement” courses will significantly enhance the knowledge and skills of your teams. Our large course offering is aligned to International Civil Aviation Organisation (ICAO), National Fire Protection Association (NFPA), and respective Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) Standards and Codes. Peter McMahon and team have been coming to China training our firefighters from January 2018. They are only western company to train airport firefighters in China and now more than 1500 Chinese firefighters have been trained by Aviation Rescue Services.

Who We Are

Peter McMahon

DIRECTOR

Internationally recognised as one of the world’s most experienced and credible change-makers in the Aircraft Rescue and Fire Fighting (ARFF) industry, Aviation Rescue Services’ Managing Director Peter McMahon has proven capability, having provided training services to several thousand fire fighters in more than 20 countries across the globe, improving firefighter competence and enhancing operational capability.

As a member of the Australian Federal Government ARFF senior management team, Peter assumed the position of Assistant to the Chief Fire Officer (National Operations Standards Manager), where he and his team were responsible for over 980 operational ARFF staff and 26 airports nationally. This position allowed him to be part of the transformation of the organisation into what it is today; one of the world’s largest providers of ARFF services.

Peter has also been a Director of the ARFF Working Group (USA), and Director of the International Aviation Fire Protection Association (IAFPA), and is currently also the Managing Director of First Aid Training Group.
